Social Media Specialists (ref#: jv0801)

Born Interactive is looking for Social Media Specialists with experience in setting up and implementing digital media strategies, for local, regional and multinational clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deploy short and long-term strategies for clients on social channels to engage and manage their communities.
  • Work across brand strategy, ad strategy, media strategy, and design strategy.
  • Develop creative digital experiences and stories that maintain and enhance consumer-brand relationship.
  • Plan, organize, implement, and maintain Client’s online presence on online properties and social media channels.
  • Brainstorm, create, and monitor the development and deployment of activation initiatives and campaigns.
  • Create compelling content and manage pages and communities on social media
  • Participate in social media activities on behalf of Client.
  • Social Media and Search Engine Marketing: Planning, allocating, articulating and smartly spending budgets according to client objectives, using market intelligence to build plans and translating/evaluating social media activity into performance metrics.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to provide creative insights and offer solutions that support Client’s business objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with colleagues

Requirements:
  • BA in Business Administration, Communication, Journalism or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic. French is a plus
  • Understanding the intersection of culture, business and creativity
  • Full understanding of social media platforms and their features
  • Familiarity with scheduling and reporting software and tools
  • Familiarity with design software and tools. Design skills are a plus

Compensation:
  • Part of the package is paid in fresh funds
  • Full salary depends on competencies and qualifications
  • After a 3-month probation period, private medical insurance coverage on top of NSSF, within the company’s group insurance plan

Location:
Position based out of Beirut, Lebanon, with occasional travel
Work from Home possible during Covid-19 outbreak
